Wed17Feb2021Sun21Feb2021ONLINE EVENT -USA Time Zone
This is Phase 1 (OPEN to new participants) of a multi-phase training and participants must register for the entire training to participate. There is no partial attendance. Once the training begins on February 17, 2021, no new participants may join this course.
TRAINING DATES, TIMES and MORE...
This 100-hour clinical hypnosis and strategic psychotherapy course is a comprehensive training for health care professionals only to learn and integrate the skills of clinical hypnosis into their practice.Traditionally, we have offered this course as an in-person live event in the beautiful coastal city of Carlsbad, California. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. in March, 2020 it prompted us to complete our 2020 100-Hour training online. It proved to be a much better experience than we were expecting and participants were pleased to have completed the training in this way. As a result, we have the confidence that this course can indeed be offered successfully online. With the current uncertainties surrounding the effects of the pandemic on travel and group gatherings we've made the decision now that the 2021 courses will be offered completely as an ONLINE EVENT.
The small group cohesiveness becomes an integral part of this training experience as no new participants can join the group once it begins. Michael Yapko's structured approach to teaching, his humor and emphasis on practical and hands-on learning makes this an outstanding professional and personal experience whether in-person or online.

Sat06Mar2021Sun14Mar2021Online Master Class Sydney, NSW, AUSTRALIA
In this online master class we will look at people through the lens of cognitive style and HOW they make the choices they make. Instead of following the therapy tradition of analyzing WHY someone makes the choices they make, The Discriminating Therapist focuses on how people choose. We will especially focus on what they failed to either notice or discriminate in their global response to some circumstance and on over-general thinking utilizing hypnosis.
In this master class, designed for those with previous hypnosis training, we will meet for four 3-hour segments on March 6, 7, 13 and 14 from 9:00-12:00pm (AEST) local Sydney time.
